Bec and Mindy arrived Sunday afternoon.  We met them for dinner in Shoreditch  --  supposedly the new up-and-coming area.  We think it's still down and still coming, but maybe that's because we were all feeling very jet-lagged.  We weren't sure about the cow in the huge elevated tank (full of formaldehyde preservative).  Wasn't an appropriate backdrop for eating dinner.





Monday 13 June  --  at Paddington station and off to Wales to meet Paul and Sam, and all of Sam's family.
